Lit Letters operates on a licensing model, which sets it apart from a franchise. With our licensing model, we equip you with everything you need to establish a thriving business, without requiring any royalties or percentages of sales. Instead, you will pay a yearly licensing fee for a specified period. However, unlike a franchise, our licensing model does not provide the same level of support. As a result, you will need to be a self-starter and problem-solver to succeed in this model.

Licensing fees are payments made for the rights to operate as a Lit Letters territory. These fees are a set amount paid yearly and are not based on a percentage of revenue so you have complete control over how much you earn.

We provide you with Lit Letters logos and branding to market your business in your territory as well as multiple templates and examples of social media posts. We also provide a standard pricing sheet and will offer support with market specific pricing and promotional packages. 

Territory is based on driving distance and quality of population. For example, Lit Letters Moses Lake’s territory will include the surrounding cities including Quincy, Ephrata, Soap Lake, and Othello. You can purchase additional territory and surrounding territories. If you receive a booking request outside of your territory you agree to refer the customer to the appropriate established Lit Letters territory or back to us if the customer is outside of an established Lit Letters territory.

A full size vehicle (pickup truck or cargo van) is highly recommended to transport the marquee letters.

We recommend storing the letters in a garage, work shop, or storage unit that is 10x10 or larger.

After the initial purchase of marquee letters you assume all responsibility for any damages and maintenance of the letters. We will provide you with a listing of supplies and replacement parts needed to maintain the marquee letters. 

We do not offer a standard warranty for our letters. However, each letter is handcrafted with premium materials and we guarantee that each letter is made to last through standard business operations.

Yes! You can order additional marquee letters directly through us. 

Yes! We can deliver your marquee letters directly to you or you can pick them up in Wenatchee, WA.
